Min Liu

Ms. Min Liu is a Partner at Fondee IP Law LLC, focusing on mechanical engineering and heavy industry intellectual property matters.

Ms. Liu's technical practice covers petroleum and fluid machinery, light industrial equipment, aerospace engineering, and automotive technologies. She advises clients through the full patent lifecycle, handling patent drafting, worldwide prosecution, reexamination, and invalidation proceedings.

Beginning her intellectual property career in 2007 at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, Ms. Liu has represented a wide array of manufacturing and heavy industry enterprises, assisting them in developing and protecting IP portfolios.

Ms. Liu holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Tongji University, providing a foundation for handling energy and mining machinery patents. Additionally, she studied French at Université Grenoble Alpes in France. She works in Chinese, English, and French, enabling her to support European and Francophone clients in cross-border IP matters.
