Zhao Li

Mr. Zhao Li is a Patent Attorney at Fondee IP Law LLC, specializing in IP protection within the mechanical and electromechanical sectors. Joining the firm in 2020, he assists technology companies and manufacturing enterprises in managing their IP assets.

Mr. Li focuses on technical fields such as mechanical manufacturing, industrial automation, and control systems. His practice covers the full spectrum of patent prosecution, including application drafting, office action responses, and reexamination appeals.

Since entering the patent profession in 2016, Mr. Li has developed a working knowledge of procedures across the IP5 offices (China, the US, Europe, Japan, and South Korea). He has represented clients including Alibaba, Goertek, Sunny Optical, BYD, Mobike, and Vivo, as well as automotive manufacturers such as Audi and Mitsubishi Motors.

Mr. Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Beijing Union University. He works in Chinese and English.
