Ms. Chang Liu joined Fondee IP Law LLC in 2019 and serves as the Head of Finance and Global Annuity Management. She is responsible for overseeing lifecycle maintenance and financial administration of clients' global patent portfolios.

With experience in IP-specific financial operations, Ms. Liu manages the tracking and payment of patent annuities and maintenance fees across numerous jurisdictions worldwide, ensuring that patent rights remain active and compliant with local deadlines. Her responsibilities also include coordination of international official fees, cost optimization, and cross-border tax planning related to IP management.

By integrating financial operations with IP risk management procedures, Ms. Liu assists domestic and international clients in the maintenance and management of intellectual property assets.
