Ms. Fan coordinates complex foreign patent filings, meticulously monitors critical statutory deadlines, and oversees global annuity and renewal payments, ensuring that clients' IP rights are seamlessly maintained across various jurisdictions.

Drawing upon a strong linguistic background and a comprehensive understanding of the procedural frameworks of major global patent offices, Ms. Fan adeptly navigates intricate cross-border filing requirements. She serves as a vital bridge between attorneys, international associates, and clients, delivering pragmatic procedural strategies that optimize portfolio administration. Prior to joining Fondee IP in August 2025, Ms. Fan accumulated four years of dedicated experience in intellectual property administration and operations.

Ms. Fan holds a Master's degree in Translation and Interpreting from Hebei University and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from the University of Emergency Management. She is fluent in Chinese, English, and French.
